Independent verification for GPU-backed credit.
Verittest gives lenders continuous, third-party evidence on collateral they can't see and covenants they can't self-monitor — so a facility is checked in real time, not once a quarter.
The status quo is a quarterly PDF, on the borrower's word.
Most GPU-backed loans are monitored the way real estate loans were decades ago: a self-reported update every few months, with no independent check in between. But GPUs aren't real estate — they depreciate fast and can be moved, swapped, or taken offline in days. Lenders are extending eight- and nine-figure facilities against collateral they've never seen and can't verify on their own.
What Verittest is
Verittest acts as an independent collateral manager for GPU-backed credit — the same role a firm like SGS or Bureau Veritas plays for a warehouse full of physical goods, applied to compute. We verify that the hardware behind a loan is present, operating, and unencumbered, and we test the loan's covenants against that evidence on an ongoing basis rather than once a quarter, producing a record both lender and borrower can rely on.
How it works
Out-of-band verification
We confirm the hardware behind a facility is present, operating, and unencumbered — independently of what the borrower reports.
Continuous monitoring
Evidence is collected on an ongoing basis, not once a quarter, so a facility is checked in something close to real time.
Covenant testing
That evidence is tested against the facility's actual covenants, not a generic checklist, producing a result specific to the deal.
Evidence export
Lender and borrower both get a record they can rely on — the same evidence, not two different accounts of it.
Credibility
We are currently working with a syndicate of private credit funds based across APAC to build the covenant framework for their first GPU-backed facility.
Verittest is built by a founder with a background in structured credit at a major institutional asset manager, partnership-level experience advising on strategy, and dual-jurisdiction legal qualification in New York and Singapore.
